Today’s challenges are too complex to be solved by any individual person or nation. The solutions of the future will require creativity and innovation by us, because only by working together we will be able to create a better world. This is the challenge that has been set for the latest DeepBrains.AI Online Hack-a-thon, which will involve learning and/or further enhancing your coding skills, collaborating with your team, and learning how to innovate products/ solutions with the guidance from mentors assigned to them. As a community we advance this pandemic, it will be important to innovate and transform to deal with the “new normal” ways of life and business. You will have an exceptional opportunity to collaborate among the best and brightest across the globe, sharing ideas and experimenting with the latest technologies and innovations to solve problems on COVID-19 pandemic challenges imposed on human mankind.

  • The goal is for participants to prototype ideas that are able to create social and economic value for the community to help with the fight against COVID-19.
  • Participants will have an opportunity to take their idea to product development, win cash prizes and be mentored by industry leaders!
  • 2 weekends of free workshops on Nov 7th & Nov 14th followed by the final event on Nov 21st
  • Themes:
    • Education: How might we improve the quality of online education during the outbreak?
    • Empowerment: How might we rapidly inform & empower communities around the world to stay safe & healthy during the outbreak?
    • Empathy: Connect donors, volunteers and child/elder care workers with those on the front line of COVID-19, who need help with essentials.


Must be a participant of Hack the Crisis. Each team can have a minimum 2 and maximum of 3 people. Work on your project must begin on November 7, 2020 and submitted on November 17, 2020 11:45 PM EST. You may not use past projects to submit for this hackathon.


Create a demo presentation that goes over your project in a clear and effective manner. Make sure that any pertinent files and links needed for your demonstration are provided in your submission.
